I spent years as an Art Director at adidas — leading design across global campaigns, building systems that scaled across markets, and learning what it means to hold a standard at the highest level.
I then became Director of E-commerce and Digital Marketing at Roots. Built. Learned. But I kept seeing the same problem everywhere — brands with real ambition trapped inside digital experiences that didn't match. Misaligned websites. Disconnected identities. Design that was "good enough" but never great.
So I built Embark.
The idea was simple: give ambitious companies access to the same calibre of design leadership that only Fortune 500 companies could afford. Senior thinking. Premium craft. AI in expert hands, so a small team moves at a speed most studios can't. No junior hand-offs. No bloated agency overhead.

Today, Embark is an AI-hybrid design studio. I'm the founder and lead AI design engineer: I set the creative direction and design and build in code with AI. Sergio leads development. My experience spans adidas, Nike, Kawasaki, and Ducati; Embark's work spans OpenReel, Tecton, Dealer Reserve, and HER Studios. Every engagement is directed by me. Human craft leads.
